Trinity Woodworks Urban Craft San Diego Airport

As the San Diego International Airport has expanded over the more recent years. They have added so many great places to dine and shop while you wait for your flight. They also added a unique “pay as you pour” draft beer destination called Urban Craft. Paying homage to great San Diego beer such as Ballast Point they have a wide selection of their beers on tap. Trinity Woodworks becomes part of this story as they made all the finishing millwork and more for their airport location. Manufactured at Trinity’s Oceanside California location, delivered and installed by Trinity.

The collective of brewers founding Ballast Point started their quest for beer greatness in 1996. Starting the company in San Diego they have stayed true to their Southern California roots and are most popular for their West Coast IPA “Sculpin”. If you enjoy hoppy, sappy, hops forward crisp IPA as much as I do you have probably had one of these. If you haven’t I would recommend it! Outside of making delicious beer Ballast Point amazed the beer making community in 1996 when the company was purchased for $1billion. Yes that was not a typo, billion dollars. Sculpin is just that good!
